What we collect

We collect your email address (for account creation and sign-in), your study content (notes, flashcards, quizzes, and scores you create), and basic authentication metadata. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and avatar from Google.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate SomaSmart: authenticating you, saving your study material, and generating flashcards and quizzes from your notes using AI. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored in our managed backend with row-level security so only you can access your own content. Access is protected by industry-standard encryption in transit.

AI processing

When you generate flashcards or quizzes, your notes are sent to our AI provider for processing. Content is used to fulfill your request and is not used to train models.

Your rights

You can delete your notes, flashcards, and quizzes at any time from inside the app. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
